RIMA Entertainment, an AI music platform company, is making a full-scale push into the Latin American market after signing memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with three local companies in Mexico.

RIMA Entertainment announced on October 7 that it had signed MOUs with video production company Foroplay, music marketing and sync licensing company Beatamina Music, and game developer Titan Games at the 2026 K-EXPO MEXICO, held in Mexico City. The company also held business meetings with 19 local companies during the event.
Under its agreement with Foroplay, RIMA Entertainment will collaborate on the production of original songs and original soundtracks (OSTs), as well as music distribution, for a K-pop film that Foroplay is preparing for release in 2027. Founded in 1994, Foroplay has produced films, television programs, and advertisements based at Estudios Churubusco, Mexico's national film studios.
With Beatamina Music, RIMA Entertainment plans to collaborate on music distribution and sync licensing for emerging local artists. With Titan Games, the company will pursue the joint development of PC and console versions of its rhythm-action game, Bandmaster.
During the business meetings, RIMA PUBLIC and Bandmaster attracted considerable interest. RIMA PUBLIC is an AI interactive stage where robotic instruments perform live and audiences can participate directly. It is currently operating at 26 locations across South Korea. A local Korean cultural festival organizer expressed interest in a performance format featuring real-time remote performances from Korea, while a game exhibition organizer proposed Bandmaster's participation in an exhibition.
The company plans to connect local artists and content with the Korean music market through its music distribution and royalty settlement platform MDP, AI A&R platform RimaVerse Flow, and AI artist management platform RimaVerse Lodestar.
Jang Soon-ho, CEO of RIMA Entertainment, said, "In Mexico, audiences responded more strongly to content where humans and AI perform and participate together than to content created entirely by AI. We aim to create on-site experiences through RIMA PUBLIC and Bandmaster and connect local artists with Korea through our AI music platforms."
Founded in 2021, RIMA Entertainment operates an integrated business model that brings together music production, artist development, and distribution within a single company. The company is also receiving support through the Pangyo Hub Investment Attraction Value-Up Package Program, operated by the Pangyo Gyeonggi Cultural Creation Hub under the Gyeonggi Content Agency.
